From the looks of it www.groupon.com is off to a big lead in the LBS/local deal space. Though, to be fair it was the national deal with Gap last week that put them on the map.

UPDATE: I’ve been hearing more stories like this; Groupon kills a small business because they drive TOO much traffic.  When you lose money on an offer volume doesn’t help.  Read the article here.
